Terms and Conditions
All work submitted will be returned within a reasonable period of time. Where applicable, deadlines may be negotiated and agreed by both parties, in which case a premium may be charged to you (the client).
By default, amendments to finished work are not included as a part of services rendered. However, where appropriate, amendments may be negotiated with the client, at the discretion of this service.
Payment is to be made by bank transfer or PayPal, details of which appear on the invoice. Invoicing of clients occurs at the end of each month, and covers all work outstanding at the time. 28 days is allowed for payment, upon issue of invoices.
Every reasonable care is taken to secure the privacy of clients' details and submitted material, using secure protocols for transfer and encryption for storage of log-in information and files. As insurance for the client, deletion of uploaded files can be actioned by the client from their site account. Completed orders will prompt the deletion of associated material from the system within a reasonable timeframe.
This site uses 'cookies', which are files stored on your computer by your web browser. These are used to keep service users logged in to avoid the need for repeated entry of email address and password for every visit. No third-party cookies are used on this site.
